PLANTASIA FOR DESERT DAZE FESTIVAL
Installation Plantasia, inspired by the famous Mort Garson album, was made especially for Desert Daze Festival in Los Angles in 2018. Its purpose is to collect public’s intimate, personal, funny or odd interactions with plants and the natural world, in hope to find patterns or precious anecdotes of interconnection between humans and nature.
The whole installation was made out of second-hand and discarded unused textiles and materials found in a London’s scrapstores as well as personal scraps leftover from other projects.
